Common requests

  • Identity: passport / driving licence / national ID.
  • Address proof: utility bill or bank statement ≤ 90 days old.
  • Company/business details if you trade as a company.
  • Platform income evidence where required (payout summary export).
We never ask for passwords or full card numbers in chat.
